Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and GoldenPoint. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use GoldenPoint. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

When using GoldenPoint you agree not to:

• Submit false scores, manipulate results, or otherwise undermine fair play.
• Harass, intimidate, or impersonate other players.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the platform.
• Use the service to break any applicable law.

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit, such as team names and match notes. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to display, store, and process it as needed to run the service for you and your league.

GoldenPoint is in active development. Features may change, and the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranty. We will tell you in advance if we plan to make a material change that affects your league.

You can request to close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account if we find a serious breach of these terms — for example, repeated false-score submissions or harassment. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you what went wrong before we act.

To the extent permitted by law, GoldenPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes will be heard in the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett), unless mandatory consumer-protection rules entitle you to bring the case where you live.
